Term position: April 3, 2023– November 10, 2023

Envision Saint John: The Regional Growth Agency is the region’s sales, marketing, and support engine strategically focused on attracting people, visitors, business, and investment. We accelerate regional growth by connecting innovators, entrepreneurs, and builders to get stuff done ensuring the region is Always Moving Forward.

The region includes the Saint John, Quispamsis, Rothesay, Hampton, Grand Bay-Westfield, Fundy-St. Martins and Fundy Rural District.

What you will do:

• Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable first impression to the Saint John region.
• Promote the Saint John Region as a place to live, visit and do business.
• Provide accurate, timely and helpful information about Saint John Region while exhibiting a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries about the Saint John Region and redirect as required.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Saint John Regional Welcome Centres.
• Supervise a seasonal staff of approximately 6-8 people.
• Use scheduling tool to create and maintain staff schedules.
• Timely completion of biweekly payroll timesheets.
• Assist with the coordination and execution to the regional visitor experience training program.
• Plan, execute and report distribution of printed visitor collateral in CRM.
• Track and record statistics.
• Other projects as assigned.
